Didn't like the way they treated us. Flowers wilted and died quickly.
Very helpful staff and lovely store. They understand product presentation and movement and customer service. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the discounts on my order were wrong but receipt was so that I could not figure that out easily. Also, because of short staff, they had to close store to make a delivery which cost them my floral business, but I was able to return and spent a good chunk of money mainly because of customer service. I will definitely go back!
Don't use any of the other flower shops in town This is the friendly, the most caring, and the only flower shop in town, that has gifts, flowers, people that go out of the way to help you!!!plus there new location is BEAUITFUL!!! They made down town look GREAT
