My father was having problems with his iPhone after downloading the latest iPhone update, so he took it to adrian’s to try to figure out what needed to be done. He was told to leave his phone there and that they would work on it. Once he got it back, it was completely locked up and he couldn’t even get into it (he was able to access everything prior to taking it, he just didn’t have any service). The only thing that was showing on his phone after they “worked on it” was that it needed to be plugged into iTunes. My father ended up having to take it to Verizon in Jackson and they confirmed that adrian’s locked his phone up. He was told it would not be covered under warranty because of this and that he needed to take it to an apple store, which can be found in Nashville or Germantown. Adrian’s is not responsible if your phone is damaged in their care because they are not an official Verizon store. So not only have they costed my father a possible $500 to get his iPhone back, they did not even have the audacity to tell him what they had done. Instead they just gave him his phone back and said they were unable to do anything with it and that he should take it to the apple store. They were unable to do anything with it because instead of asking him for his password to his phone, they tried to guess it and ended up completely locking the phone up. We will NEVER use them again, and I do NOT recommend you take anything to them whatsoever!
